Mission
Over 80% of the homeless population is women, children and families that experience a life-altering event. They just need a second chance to get back on their feet. We're providing them housing with support services so they can rebuild their lives.

Success Story

On any given night in America, more than 300,000 children are homeless. They will sleep on the couch of a relative, or in a car, or maybe just in an alley. Each year as many as 3.5 million people become homeless and approximately 1.35 million of these are children. Temporary homelessness is not a choice, not an identity, not a failure to work. It is a circumstance: ongoing and growing. Most homeless people just want the opportunity to gain lives of self-sufficiency and hope.

HomeAid, working with experienced Service Providers, provides the temporarily homeless with the skills to re-enter the mainstream while living in comfortable, dignified surroundings. Eighty percent of the graduates of the programs of our Service Providers are now self-sufficient and living independently in rental or ownership housing.

HomeAid currently provides 2,100,000 bed nights annually for the homeless. Our goal is to double that number to more than 3,400,000 annual bed nights by 2019.

>With your support, HomeAid can meet the increasing needs of homeless children, families and individuals.
